PRimary Care Services

Willow Family Medicine is a micropractice clinic in Edmonton, Alberta, providing comprehensive, continuous, and collaborative primary care to individuals and families. We also offer a range of specialized programs and on-site allied health services to support care across the lifespan.

  • All-Ages Family Medicine - Our family medicine practice currently has no availability and is not accepting new patients. We do not maintain a waitlist. If you need help finding a family physician or a walk-in clinic, please visit Alberta Find a Doctor.

  • Fourth Trimester (And Beyond) Care, Lactation, and Infant Feeding Program - This program supports families during the postpartum period and early infancy. Access is by referral. Please visit here to learn more about the program and referral process.

What is Fourth Trimester (And Beyond) Care?

In summary, it is the care of the family following birth, typically the first 12 weeks, but often longer. The Willow Family Medicine Lactation & Infant Feeding Program is also proud to offer 4th trimester & beyond care as it pertains to its patients' general family medicine, reproductive, and perinatal mental health needs. As a registered psychologist, Chantel supports clients with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions.
