During evenings, weekends, holidays, and outside normal clinic hours, patients may contact their physician by:
Leaving a voice message and/or
Requesting an appointment via email.
Messages will be triaged by the physician and attended to based on need. Medical concerns that are considered non-urgent will be addressed in an appointment during regular clinic hours. Patients may book these appointments online. If a medical concern requires urgent assessment, the patient may be directed to the nearest Emergency Department. Semi-urgent concerns will be attended to based on provider availability.
