Dr. Katherine (Kasia) Malczyk was born in Edmonton and raised in Victoria, BC, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Science at the University of Victoria with honors. She returned to Alberta to attend medical school at the University of Alberta and achieved her Medical Doctorate in 2002. She then completed her Family Medicine Residency in 2004 as Chief Resident. She practiced Family Medicine at LA Medical starting in 2004.

In 2016, she relocated to Willow Family Medicine and now has admitting privileges at St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital for nursing home and palliative care patients.

Dr. Malczyk is passionate about her work and her blended family, including 5 children.
